The RSW12 is ideal for residential swing gate operation. Thanks to the two commercial oil-bath gearboxes that provide 900:1 wormgear reduction, it can easily move gates that are 16′ long and 400LBS and up to 6′ long and 1,000LBS. Its 12VDC continuous-duty motor can handle 250 cycles a day. All that power and reliability in a sleek unit that will not rob you of yard space. The board inside the unit has an inherent reversing sensor built in. If obstructions are detected, it reverses the gate when closing or stops/reverses the gate when opening. There is even room on the board for 6 more safeties to keep everyone and everything safe. Liftmaster backs all of this up with a 3-year parts warranty for that extra peace of mind.
