Fantastic Fence- first part of job- Alejandro and Pablo, showed up on time, worked hard, very polite and highly skilled. Awaiting now 12 and 14 rolling gates to be installed one with solar opener.
Pablo and Alejandro installed walking gate, locks and 2 mailboxes also. very well done!  will do another review when gate crew comes .

After calling different contractors in the 30 miles radius and received no response, I turned to Fantastic Fence. I have had an installation by the same company before and the job was done right and great. Fantastic Fence simply doesn’t disappoint!  The crew members are polite and on time. We recently hired Fantastic Fence to install a 6-foot redwood fence with a 3-foot retaining wall, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience!

We received multiple quotes, but Fantastic Fence stood out from the beginning. They showed up on time for the estimate, provided a clear, detailed proposal that was easy to understand, and offered some great recommendations that other contractors hadn't considered.

One of the best suggestions was using steel posts instead of wood for the retaining wall, providing additional strength and durability. Even better, they concealed the steel posts with redwood, giving us the structural benefits without sacrificing the beautiful, natural appearance of the fence. That attention to detail really impressed me.

Communication was excellent throughout the process, from scheduling to installation. The crew showed up as promised, did outstanding work, and completed the entire project on time. The craftsmanship and finished product exceeded my expectations.

What impressed me just as much was the customer service. At one point, I thought one of my shovels had accidentally been taken during the project. I contacted the owner, and rather than brushing it off, he personally helped track it down, even contacting my neighbor. Sure enough, the shovel was found! That says a lot about the integrity of a business and how seriously they take customer concerns.

Fantastic Fence delivered exactly what they promised: quality workmanship, honest communication, thoughtful recommendations, and excellent customer service from start to finish.

It's refreshing to work with a contractor who takes pride in both their work and their reputation.
