RSW12 RESIDENTIAL SWING GATE OPERATOR

Ideal for residential and light commercial gate applications.

The RSW12 is ideal for residential swing gate operation. Thanks to the two commercial oil-bath gearboxes that provide 900:1 wormgear reduction, it can easily move gates that are 16′ long and 400LBS and up to 6′ long and 1,000LBS. Its 12VDC continuous-duty motor can handle 250 cycles a day. All that power and reliability in a sleek unit that will not rob you of yard space. The board inside the unit has an inherent reversing sensor built in. If obstructions are detected, it reverses the gate when closing or stops/reverses the gate when opening. There is even room on the board for 6 more safeties to keep everyone and everything safe. Liftmaster backs all of this up with a 3-year parts warranty for that extra peace of mind.

Jeff Schar at Fantastic Fence (FF) has been GREAT! He came out right away and gave us a detailed quote within 48 hours (it may have been less than 24 hours). His sense of urgency is greatly appreciated, since we’re moving into our new home in the next two weeks. The FF support and service people have also been great to work with so far. We’re looking forward to our nice backyard fence to keep our two small dogs safe and secure, as well as to prevent falls from our elevated back porch area. I highly recommend Jeff (10 out of five stars!) and the whole FF team!! Thanks…

Esteban & Eduardo are an amazing team. Professional, personable and worked like a very well oiled machine. Our new dog ear fence is perfect. I can’t say enough how happy we are with their work. Highly recommend them to everyone.

Fantastic Fence sent out Martin and Joel this week to replace 95' of fence. The job they did was beyond expectation. They were professional and took extremely good care of all the flowers and other items they had to work around. When they finished, they cleaned the area better than before. Most definitely will be calling them soon to replace the other side of the property.

Fantastic Fence did an awesome job replacing our fence. The crew was professional, showed up when they said they would, worked efficiently, and the finished product looks great. We had a somewhat challenging area around our pool with slopes, landscaping, rocks, and some tight spaces, and they did a really nice job working around everything and getting the fence installed cleanly. The workmanship and attention to detail were excellent, and everything feels solid and well built. If you’re looking for a fence contractor in the Rocklin/Roseville area for a wood fence, redwood fence, fence replacement, or fence installation, I’d definitely recommend Fantastic Fence. Great experience from start to finish and very happy with how it turned out. Highly recommend Fantastic Fence!

Fantastic Fence did 2 great jobs for me. An automated solar gate and an iron fence around my porch. I am more than pleased. The teams that came out were always polite& explained the process, and worked nonstop. The office staff is amazing as well. I will use them again without a doubt. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic Fence did a superb job repairing damages to sections of our redwood fence caused when a large tree fell during the heavy rainstorms this Spring and uprooted the foundations. The company that installed this fence many years ago is out of business but my wife followed the "Kangroo logo" on the Fantastic Fence trucks doing another downed fence repair in our neighborhood. Cody and Jesus did an expert job for us and our next door neighbor with whom we share this large stretch of fencing. The really Fantastic part of this company is the attitude and attention to detail of this company's crew. They worked with us and kept us closely informed until the job was "done well" ... including clean up. Excellent work start to finish at a fair price. Check out this local contractor for fence designs and installations or smaller repair jobs. We're glad we did! They know about fences.

I needed 2 new gates put on our fence. Surprisingly this was apparently difficult for some fence contractors to do, as we got ghosted multiple times. Fantastic fence actually followed through, got us a quote and put us on their calendar. The installers came out and fixed everything up and now I have two wonderful, sturdy gates.

These guys did an awesome job, Had a sliding gate that was hard to open and close. Rather than replace the whole gate they simply fixed the parts that needed replacement. Gate works as it should

We had Fantastic Fence install an RV gate and a single gate opening, and we’re very happy with the results. We’ve replaced our gates several times over the years, but this one is solidly built with steel posts, new wood and hinges and feels and looks like it will be the last one we need for a long time to come. The crew was professional, respectful of our property, and came prepared with everything they needed. The two man crew was extremely professional from start to finish. They wore company- branded shirts, arrived in a clearly marked company truck, and came fully stocked with the tools and parts needed to complete the job. They respected our property and kept the work area clean and organized. They were a little behind the original start time, but kept us updated by text, made up the time, and finished on schedule. We work from home, so we really appreciated how considerate they were about keeping the noise down. After the installation the entire area was cleaned up and all the old gate was taken away. They worked through a very hot weather day and did a great job when all was said and done. Great workmanship, great communication, and a professional crew. We highly recommend Fantastic Fence!
